We will confirm your date is available and send you a contract and invoice to book
III. Let's plan
We will work to plan your engagements and your wedding
IV. Take your engagements photos
We will meet in person and have a blast taking some photos
V. Finish wedding planning
I will send you a questionnaire to help finish wedding planning and we will go over it together

We get lost and wrapped up into all the details of wedding planning that we forget what the most important part of the day is. It's about the two of you! It's about your love. Your relationship. Your vows. Your commitment. The joy of bringing the two of you together in a strong bond.

I would start off by sitting down together and throw away everything about the wedding that is causing you stress. Throw things out of the plan that is not something that you specifically wanted. Then make a list of all of your favorite things that the two of you love to do together. List out places, locations, food, and a small list of people who mean the most to the two of you. Start there and you will find yourself planning the wedding or elopement you have wanted.

How far in advance should we book our wedding photographer and or videographer?
We typically recommend reaching out 12+ months before your wedding date, especially for popular spring and fall weekends. However, we occasionally have availability for shorter timelines, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
Do you photograph and film weddings outside of Tulsa?
Absolutely! While we are based in Oklahoma and specialize in Tulsa weddings, we love traveling throughout the state and beyond to capture your story wherever it takes place.
What makes your wedding experience different from other photographers and videographers?
We believe your wedding photographer and videographer should be more than someone showing up with a camera. We’re there to help you plan your timeline, calm nerves, fix your veil, gather your family for photos, and make sure you actually get to enjoy your wedding day. Our goal is for you to feel like you gained friends—not just hired vendors. We are also married so we are comfortable showing you prompts instead of telling you!
When will we receive our wedding photo and video galleries?
We know how exciting it is to relive your wedding day! Your photos and film are carefully edited and delivered after your wedding so we can give them the attention and detail they deserve. Exact turnaround times will be discussed during booking, however we strive to deliver photos within 8 weeks and videos within 12 weeks.
What happens after we inquire?
Once you reach out, we’ll send over our welcome packet that outlines further what it's like working with us. We will also work together to schedule a time to chat about your wedding plans, if needed. We love getting to know our couples, hearing what matters most to you, and creating a photography experience that fits your day perfectly.
Do you photograph weddings at Tulsa wedding venues?

Do you only offer photography and videography packages together?
Nope! We are a husband-and-wife photo and video team, which allows us to work together seamlessly throughout your wedding day. Having both photo and video handled by one team means a more consistent style, easier communication, and a smoother experience from beginning to end. However, we also offer photo OR video packages as well!
How many hours of coverage do we need for our wedding day?
Every wedding is different, but most couples choose full-day coverage so we can capture the moments that tell the complete story—from getting ready with your closest people to your final dance of the night. During your consultation, we’ll help you decide what coverage makes the most sense for your plans.
Will you help us with posing? We aren’t comfortable in front of the camera.
We won't just pose you, we will show you! Most of our couples tell us they aren’t “photo people” before their wedding. We’ll guide you through natural poses, prompts, and moments while also capturing the candid interactions that make your photos feel like you.
